Challenges

I challenge myself, very often. I like to work on 30days challenges when I try new fitness programs, new habits, behavior changes, talk differently, learn something news. Evolving, this is it.
When I hike and I make it on top of the mountain, I do enjoy it but soon, very soon, I start looking around and try to spot where is the next pick, the next challenge. I love the feeling of being a beginner and learning something from scratch. The moment when anything is possible. And I like to demonstrate myself and my friends that changes is possible and lot of time is good.
