I have been into sports since I was young. I am more outdoor than indoor kind of person but recently I got in touch with some fitness program and I achieved very interesting results. If you want to know how to keep in a good shape I’ll share with you some tips.

I am also a big fan of anything related to health, good health, healthy foods, diets, taking care of myself. I am vegetarian (since 1998) and I have been working on a more vegan diet. But don’t worry, we can go to restaurant and I will order my salad, you’ll get your steak and there won’t be any fight discussion or sad faces about it: I won’t try to convince you that you should quit eating meat and be vegan…only if you won’t start telling me to start eating meat. You can give advices to people if they are about to hurt themselves or if they ask you :)
