Music and Dancing

My body works like these toys where you press something and they start dancing: play my favorite music and I’ll start dancing, it’s automatic.
Music is such an important part of my life and my mood. Am I listening music right now? Of course I am. And while living in Finland where they have these long cold not so beautiful winters I kept telling people that if you listen the right kind of music you can be in a good mood also during a cold dark day in the winter at −30C.

My grandparents loved to dance, they used to go social dancing when I was young and I remember their happy faces when they were dancing. And then what happens in my life? I find Lindy Hop, one of the coolest happiest dynamic dance I have ever seen. And it’s danced on swing music. Put Swing Music and Lindy Hop together and you’ll get me smiling all night.
40% of my iPod is swing, 40% is house music (soulful house mostly) and 20% is divided between other kind of music and audiobooks.
